Just Better Marketing
JBM is a marketing agency and growth-systems builder for high-value B2B and specialized service businesses. We find where visibility, lead generation, conversion and follow-up are leaking, then build the systems that turn expertise into qualified demand.
Tell us what is not working. We will help identify what is actually causing it.

Find the gap. Fix the gap. Measure the difference.
The problem underneath the symptom
The right buyers may not find you. They may find a competitor first, leave a page that does not answer their questions, or enquire and never receive a timely reply. Quotes go cold. Referrals slow. Reports show activity without explaining which opportunities became customers.
JBM starts with the business problem rather than deciding in advance that the answer must be SEO, advertising, content or automation.

Where JBM looks first
If buyers cannot discover a critical service, examine visibility. If they arrive but do not enquire, examine the offer and the path to contact. If requests disappear, examine routing and response. If quotations go unanswered, examine follow-up. If nobody knows what works, connect activity to commercial outcomes.

How JBM works
Name the business, the buyer and the obstacle in plain language.
Check search, pages, forms, follow-up and measurement against the available evidence.
Build the appropriate marketing, website or workflow improvement.
Record what changed and keep watching the path to commercial opportunity.
The right answer differs by industry and problem. Sometimes the issue is not marketing at all. Diagnosis comes before a channel recommendation.
Useful before commercial
JBM is building a public information and diagnostic system: guides, research, calculators, checklists and tools that help you make a better decision, whether or not you become a client.
A five-question, browser-only self-check that highlights where to inspect first. It is not a live website audit or a revenue forecast.

Our research standard
Whenever JBM publishes a number, we show where it came from, when it was measured, and who or what it represents. We also state important limitations that affect how the figure should be understood.
When we analyse something ourselves, we identify it as an observation. When an idea has not yet been tested, we call it a hypothesis. When evidence is incomplete or points in different directions, we do not manufacture certainty. We say what is known, what is not known, and where the evidence stops.
About JBM
JBM draws on more than fifteen years of hands-on digital marketing and organic growth work across SaaS, B2B and B2C in the US and Europe. The work starts with the part that is not working: the invisible service, unclear offer, broken form, unanswered enquiry, cold quote or report that measures activity but not opportunity.
Common questions
JustBetterMarketing is a marketing and commercial-growth practice for specialized B2B and service businesses. JBM focuses on identifying where demand is being lost across discovery, lead generation, website conversion, follow-up, measurement and related parts of the commercial journey, then applying the appropriate combination of marketing, technology and operational improvements.
SEO is one of the capabilities JBM can use, but JBM is not structured around SEO alone. Search visibility may be the correct answer when buyers cannot find a business, but another company may have a conversion problem, a lead follow-up problem, an account-acquisition problem or a measurement problem. JBM starts with the commercial problem and selects the appropriate capability from there.
Yes. JBM can work on B2B lead generation through search, content, paid acquisition, account-based marketing, outbound approaches, landing pages, conversion improvements and related systems. The specific approach depends on the industry, buyer, sales process, geography, economics and existing demand rather than assuming that one lead-generation channel works for every business.
No. Search and AI systems are controlled by their respective platforms and change over time. JBM can improve the quality, relevance, technical accessibility and commercial usefulness of a business’s digital presence, but no responsible provider can guarantee a particular ranking, AI citation or recommendation.
Yes. JBM is intentionally building a public library of guides, research, tools, calculators, templates and diagnostic resources. The purpose is to help business owners and decision-makers understand their situation and make better marketing decisions, whether or not they eventually work with JBM.
The difference is primarily where the work starts. A traditional agency conversation can begin with a marketing channel or package. JBM starts with the commercial problem and attempts to identify the actual point of leakage before deciding which capability is needed. The broader JBM system also connects educational content, diagnostics, research, tools and implementation rather than treating them as separate activities.
Yes. Market expansion can involve search demand research, geographic visibility, industry positioning, account acquisition, paid acquisition, content, landing pages and measurement. The correct combination depends on whether the new market already has identifiable demand and how the business sells into it.
AI search visibility refers to how easily a business, service or expertise can be understood and surfaced by AI-mediated search and answer experiences. JBM treats this as an extension of discoverability rather than a replacement for traditional SEO. Clear entities, useful original content, trustworthy information and technical accessibility remain important because AI search systems need reliable information from the web.
JBM looks at the business model, target buyer, commercial problem, existing demand, search behavior, geography, website experience, lead handling, measurement and other relevant evidence. The recommendation follows the diagnosis. JBM does not assume that every business needs SEO, advertising, content, automation or every other marketing channel.
JBM is designed for businesses where expertise, trust, technical capability, service quality or operational specialization are important to the buying decision. This includes businesses such as industrial automation companies, commercial HVAC providers, managed IT and cybersecurity firms, testing and calibration companies, industrial equipment service providers, healthcare B2B services, environmental businesses, specialized logistics companies, records and document services, and complex outsourced business operations.
