Count unanswered enquiries and untracked quotes so the follow-up problem has a number.
Before you start
This free self-check is a starting point. Review its result before making a business decision.
Tool limits and data use
Results depend on your inputs and are not professional, technical, legal or financial advice. Most answers stay in your browser; a public URL checker sends the URL to JBM for a bounded page fetch. JBM records your terms and privacy acknowledgment. Check important conclusions with a qualified person.
If enabled, JBM counts this tool start and one coded result category; imported rows are not sent through that counter.
Find the exact handoff that needs an owner and a date. A missing record is a review prompt, not proof that a buyer received no reply.
Your counts and imported rows remain in this browser tab. JBM receives only a coded result category if aggregate collection is enabled after policy review.
How to use this check
Choose one recent period, then start with exported enquiry and quote records if you have them. Prepare a CSV with the named columns and review any flagged dates. If you only have four totals, enter them instead and treat the result as a first-pass checklist.
How to interpret the result
“No recorded reply” means the supplied record lacks a timestamp; it does not prove a reply never happened. Start with overdue and unowned work, verify against inbox or CRM history, assign an owner and record the next action. A high unanswered count may reflect a logging fault as well as a response fault.
Worked example
If eight enquiries have no reply timestamp and three quotes have no next date, investigate those eleven records first. Confirm whether messages were sent but not logged, then fix the handoff rule that let the gap recur. Do not multiply those counts by order value and call the result lost revenue.
Questions buyers ask
Do you upload my CSV?
No. This wizard reads it in your browser tab and exports locally. The server does not receive rows.
What if I only have totals?
You still receive a triage checklist, but no record-level priority queue or response-time distribution.
What counts as a first reply?
Use a human or automated acknowledgment rule that your team states in advance, then audit whether it meets your buyer’s need.
Is an unanswered enquiry a lost sale?
Not necessarily. It is a process risk worth investigating.
What this tool can tell you
Site usage statistics appear only after enough completed checks have accumulated. Until then, these cards explain how to use the result.
Work the queue
A missing owner or next action is a process question. Assign one before assuming the lead is lost.
Interpret carefully
No recorded reply does not prove no reply happened. Check inbox and CRM records.
What to verify
Compare reply times within one period and your own stated service target.
Data quality
An empty timestamp is a missing record until a human confirms what happened.
Useful artifact
Export the flagged queue and assign a named next action to each open item.
