Model RFQ conversion, orders and gross profit from your own assumptions.
Before you start
This free self-check is a starting point. Review its result before making a business decision.
Tool limits and data use
Results depend on your inputs and are not professional, technical, legal or financial advice. Most answers stay in your browser; a public URL checker sends the URL to JBM for a bounded page fetch. JBM records your terms and privacy acknowledgment. Check important conclusions with a qualified person.
If enabled, JBM counts this tool start and one coded result category; imported rows are not sent through that counter.
Build a transparent gross-profit scenario with a stated cost scope; do not attribute orders to marketing from totals alone.
Prepare: One period of comparable qualified RFQs, orders, average order value, margin and marketing cost.
Example result: Baseline gross profit, break-even additional orders and sensitivity range.
Commercial entries remain in this browser unless you choose to submit an enquiry. An optional public-page scan fetches only that page.
Step 1 of 3
Use the result in your next review
Start with one comparable period or buyer task. Correct source records before treating a flag as a problem; assign an owner and a date to each action.
How to interpret this
Stage counts and scenarios describe your inputs. They do not prove why an order was lost, which channel caused a sale, or whether a medical claim is accurate. A public-page excerpt is unverified wording found on one HTML page.
Worked example
If ten open quotes have no next action, inspect the quote records and assign follow-up owners before assuming ten sales were lost. Record what happened after the fix.
Common questions
Does JBM keep my worksheet?
Commercial entries and imported rows stay in this browser. Existing quote-tracker records are saved locally only in this browser profile. If you choose a public-page scan, JBM fetches that page but does not store the URL in the metric table.
Can I share the output?
Review the editable draft first; use the safe CSV export or copy control where offered. Remove confidential details before sharing.
When should I ask for help?
When the same verified gap recurs or your team needs a practical marketing, CRM or workflow fix. Describe what is not working.

What this tool can tell you
Site usage statistics appear only after enough completed checks have accumulated. Until then, these cards explain how to use the result.
Cost scope
Review the stated buyer task before choosing a channel or document.
Gross margin
Treat missing or uncertain evidence as a question for the responsible owner.
Same cohort
Check original records or source material before publishing a claim.
Sensitivity
Export the editable handoff and assign one next action.
Attribution check
The tool result is a worksheet, not proof of demand, cause or suitability.

Separate RFQ volume from qualified demand
Enter one month of visitor, RFQ and qualified-RFQ counts, then your close-rate, order-value, margin and spend assumptions. The calculator shows current visitor-to-RFQ conversion and models a different target rate while holding the other inputs fixed.
Read the scenario carefully
Gross profit is modeled order value multiplied by the margin you enter. Return on spend is modeled gross profit less stated marketing spend, divided by that spend. This is not channel attribution, cash flow or a promise of future orders. If your sales cycle spans months, compare matching cohorts before treating the figures as performance evidence.
Common questions
What if we have no current RFQs?
The current qualification share is unknown. The target model therefore cannot estimate qualified demand until you provide a measured baseline.
What to do with your result
Use the result to ask a better question, verify the numbers with your team and decide what needs fixing first. If you want JBM to help examine the path from discovery to qualified demand, share the problem.
