What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, website and message you provide, the page and campaign source where available, your separate communication choices, the submission time, a keyed hash of the network IP address and the terms and privacy versions and content fingerprints acknowledged. When you start a tool, we record the tool name, acceptance time, terms and privacy notice versions and content fingerprints, and a one-way keyed hash of the network IP address used for abuse prevention and evidence of acceptance. We do not store the raw IP address in the tool acceptance table or receive your tool answers merely because you use a tool. Some tools store entries in your browser profile, as stated on the tool page. Your browser, hosting provider and ordinary server logs may process technical request information separately.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, assess potential work and manage a business relationship. We keep a minimal tool acceptance record to document the terms you accepted and protect the tools from abuse. These activities rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and operating a secure service, subject to applicable law. Optional marketing and research emails require separate, unchecked choices where consent is required. Agreeing to tool terms is not consent to marketing and does not waive your privacy rights.
Who receives it
Authorized JBM administrators can review enquiries. Our WordPress hosting and email delivery providers process information needed to run the site and deliver messages. We do not sell enquiry details. For current details of the providers that handle your information and any international transfers, email us before submitting sensitive information.
Retention
Anonymous tool acceptance records are automatically deleted after 30 days. We review enquiries periodically and keep them only while needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, address disputes and meet applicable obligations. Email us if you need further details about how long a particular enquiry may be kept. Browser-only tracker data remains in your browser until you clear it or the browser removes it. Operational server logs follow the hosting provider’s retention settings; ask us for current details.
Your choices and rights
You can leave optional communication boxes unchecked or withdraw a previous choice by emailing us. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to a supervisory authority. We may need to verify a request and retain limited records where law requires. To delete local tracker data, use its clear control or clear this site’s browser storage.

Send privacy requests to info@justbettermarketing.com. We will update this notice when processing or provider details change. For current mailing-address, provider, transfer or retention details, contact us before sharing sensitive information.
Optional tool research contributions
After using a tool, you may separately choose to share its name, your selected industry and problem, and any country code, region, public page URL or buyer phrase you enter in the research form. We remove URL query strings and fragments. We keep these submissions for up to 90 days to study recurring questions and prepare grouped research; no uploaded CSV rows or full tool answers are sent by this form. The contribution has no email address. A submitted third-party page is not a request for JBM to contact its owner. Public research reports show grouped counts only after review and sufficient samples. You can ask us to delete a contribution by emailing info@justbettermarketing.com with the reference shown after submission. Contact enquiries and optional marketing choices remain separate.
