What the tools do
Tools organize information and perform calculations using the inputs you provide. Their outputs are educational starting points. They are not a live audit, professional engineering or safety review, legal or financial advice, a supplier qualification, a verified return on investment, or a guarantee of leads, rankings, revenue or outcomes. A completeness score checks fields, not technical feasibility or commercial fitness. Scenario figures depend on assumptions and may differ materially from real results.
Your decisions and responsibility
Check inputs, formulas, dates and outputs independently. Use appropriate qualified advisers and your own controls before making a technical, financial, procurement, marketing or business decision. Do not rely on a generated note as a final specification or customer communication without reviewing it. Do not enter confidential, regulated or third-party personal information into a shared browser. The quote tracker stores entries in that browser profile; others with access to it may see them. Export or clear local records yourself.
Permitted use
You may use the public site and tools for lawful internal evaluation. Do not submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, reverse engineer security controls, or use automated requests to overload the site. You are responsible for having authority to enter any information you choose to use. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service.
Availability, accuracy and warranties
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but content and tools may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and free tools are provided as available without a promise that they are error-free, suitable for a specific purpose or continuously available. Nothing here excludes a warranty or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JBM is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unverified tool outputs, inaccurate inputs, unavailable tools or browser-stored data. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be excluded. No clause in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer or data protection law gives you. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
Enquiries and communications
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either side to begin work. We use the details you send to assess and respond to your request. Optional marketing and research choices are separate and never required to use a tool or send an enquiry. We will not send marketing emails until the required sender details and unsubscribe process are in place.
Changes and contact
