A clear working method

How JBM works

Tell us what is not working. We begin there, because a stalled sales conversation, a service page that is hard to find and an unanswered enquiry need different fixes.

First, understand the buyer and the commercial problem

We ask what you sell, who makes the buying decision, what a useful enquiry looks like and where opportunities seem to slow down. Your existing pages, enquiries and sales process are often more useful at this stage than another list of channels to try.

Then, inspect the path

We look at the evidence available: the questions buyers search, the pages they can reach, the information they need to establish fit, the contact route and the way a request is handled. We distinguish what we observed from what still needs testing. If the information is incomplete, we say so.

01

Name the question

Choose one buyer task and the business outcome it should support.

02

Trace the journey

Check discovery, explanation, enquiry, response and follow-up.

03

Build the change

Agree a bounded page, campaign, measurement or workflow improvement.

04

Review the evidence

Test the change and record what happened before deciding what comes next.

Agree on a useful piece of work

A first engagement can be a focused review of one buyer journey. When the cause is already clear, it may be a build sprint for one defined improvement. Broader ongoing work comes after both sides understand the baseline and the capacity required. We agree deliverables, dependencies, timing and price before starting paid work. Third-party subscriptions and media spend are separate when relevant.

What you receive

You should be able to inspect the reasoning, the work product and the tests. A review names the evidence and priorities. An implementation gives you the agreed assets or changes, their acceptance checks and a record of what was measured. You keep the work product and can decide whether JBM should do more.

What we will not pretend to know

We cannot guarantee a search ranking, a number of leads or future revenue. A tool result can identify a question worth investigating; it is not a substitute for examining your business. We will explain the limits of the evidence and say when a different provider or internal fix is more appropriate.

Try a practical check or tell us where the journey is losing momentum.
